Bill gained a BA (Hons)degree in graphic Design In Stoke on
Trent In the UK and since that time his illustration projects have
been numerous. In the early 1980's he worked for a UK 'Disney
approved' Design company and worked on various children's
characters such as: The Muppets, The Wuzzles, Postman Pat,
Thomas the Tank Engine and many more. Some of the first
Licenses in the UK for Garfield and The Simpsons were created
by Bill for the Textile industry, which also included work for
Manchester United, Chelsea and Celtic, top football clubs
represented by Umbro International. He has designed training
gear far Brazil, England and Scotland International Football teams.
His Book illustration work has been various, including clients such
as:
Scholastic, Penguin Books, Macmillan Heinemann and Parrogon
Books. Having worked in Character Design far many years, Bill
created the character 'Billy Bear' far UK based holiday company
'Butlins' and the 'Fridgehogs' for 'Mars PLC’. He realised the
potential of the Licensed character and created his own, 'Hackman
a dog in a Bucket' which has showcased at the New York Licensing
show since June 2004.
In the last year, Bill has turned his hand to cartoon work and
has
been published in 'Mayfair' magazine and the Dublin based
satirical magazine 'The Phoenix'.
Bill is available for Cartoon and
Illustration projects and can be

His 'on the spot' caricature work has kept Bill busy in the Events
world and his studio art has been purchased by clients such as:
American Express, Reuters,Total, Nikon and Barclays to name
but a few.
In the near future a shop will be added to one of his own sites for
