Since 1990, New York City based  Elgin  "subwaysurfer" Bolling
has been a certified sketchoholic who has entertained thousands
with his outrageous, quick draw caricature skills as a party artist,
and has done more Bar/Bat Mitzvahs than the average Rabbi.
 His talents have also been utilized as a humorous
illustrator/character Designer for Snidetv.com, McFrank &
Williams Advertizing, Desigomotion.com, Absolut Vodka,
and The Coors Brewing Company, just to name a few.
On his off days, Elgin can be found sketching local subway
